the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by The Coca-Cola Company (the “Company”) with the
Securities and Exchange Commission on October 4, 2010 (the “Form
8-K”). Amendment No. 1 is being filed pursuant to the
description in the Form 8-K under Item 9.01. No other changes are being made by
this Amendment No. 1.
