Related to charges of $86 million and $102 million during the three months ended March 28, 2014, and March 29, 2013, respectively. These charges were due to the Company's productivity and reinvestment program. Refer to Note 10 and Note 11.

Related to net charges of $42 million and $21 million during the three months ended March 28, 2014, and March 29, 2013, respectively. These charges were due to the Company's other restructuring and integration initiatives that are outside the scope of the Company's productivity and reinvestment program.
