Coca-Cola Board of Directors Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend
ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Coca-Cola Company Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 40 cents per common share. The dividend is payable Oct. 1, 2019, to shareowners of record of the company as of the close of business on Sept. 16, 2019.
Earlier this year, the board approved the company’s 57th consecutive annual dividend increase, raising the quarterly dividend from 39 cents to 40 cents per common share.
