ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Renowned Chef Tom Colicchio, The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and Diet Coke, in collaboration with the American Dietetic Association (ADA) are providing consumers with resources for eating well with great taste. The Eat Tastefully campaign will feature pop-up kitchens in midtown Manhattan and Boston, food pairings and online tips about nutrition and stylish entertaining, which are all a part of living well.
"Great taste doesn't need to be overly complicated. For me, it's always been about keeping it simple and adding personal touches that create a lasting impression," said Chef Colicchio. "Sometimes, that means simply pairing the right meal with a straightforward flavor you enjoy - like a Diet Coke, which has a distinctive taste without the calories."
The campaign is accessible at the Diet Coke Kitchen on DietCoke.com. Available for free download are easy and appetizing recipes developed by The CIA, along with culinary tips for simple, stylish meals that not only taste good but are good for you. Also available is an exclusive one-on-one interview with Chef Colicchio as well as fun and tasteful ways to eat well and live well, from facts on what foods give you a balanced boost, to creative tips for adding more nutritious foods to your diet. In addition, new online editions of the Diet Coke Style Series will feature celebrity guests who will offer insider access to the tools needed to enjoy a healthy, enriched life.

Yadrick, ADA's immediate past-president. "Through our involvement with the Diet Coke Eat Tastefully campaign, ADA will bring our reliable, accurate and science-based food and nutrition information to even more consumers, giving them the tools they need to make good choices for themselves and their families."
This fall, Diet Coke will take its traveling pop-up kitchen to midtown Manhattan (September 25 - October 4) and Boston (October 23 - November 1), where consumers can learn how simple it is to create great taste at home. They can also receive nutrition education, tips on stylish entertaining and even learn how to serve the perfect sparkling beverage.
