Do I need to register to attend the 2020 Annual Meeting?

Yes, registration for the 2020 Annual Meeting is required. All attendees will need to register in advance and obtain an admission ticket.  A valid photo ID and admission ticket is required to gain admission to the meeting. Attendance at the meeting is limited to shareowners as of the record date, February 24, 2020, or their authorized named representatives.

How do I register to attend the 2020 Annual Meeting?

If you are a shareowner of record (meaning your shares are registered on the book of the Company via Computershare) you may register to attend the meeting by accessing www.investorvote.com/coca-cola. On this site, shareowners of record will find instructions to register and print out your admission ticket. If you do not have access to the Internet, you may register by contacting Shareowner Services at (404) 676-2777. You will need the 15 digit control number included on your proxy card or notice to register.

If you are a beneficial shareowner (meaning your shares are held through your bank or broker) you may register to attend the meeting by accessing www.proxyvote.com/register. On this site beneficial shareowners will find instructions to register and print out your admission ticket. If you do not have access to the Internet, you may register by contacting Shareowner Services at (404) 676-2777. You will need the 16 digit number included on your voter instruction form or notice to register.  Not all beneficial owners may register through the URL provided.  If your control number is not recognized, you may register by contacting Shareowner Services by e-mail at shareownerservices@coca-cola.com or by phone at (404) 676-2777.

Because seating in the meeting room is limited, and in order to be able to address security concerns, we reserve the right to direct attendees to listen to the meeting in an overflow room. 

What do I need to bring with me to the 2020 Annual Meeting?

You will need to bring your admission ticket and a valid photo ID, such as a driver license or a passport, to gain admission.  At the entrance to the meeting, we will verify your registration and request to see your admission ticket and your photo ID.  Appropriate attire is required. 

Please note that cameras, sound or video recording equipment, cellular telephones, smartphones or other similar equipment, electronic devices, large bags, briefcases or packages will not be allowed in the meeting or overflow room. You will be required to enter through a security checkpoint before being granted access to the venue.

If I cannot attend in person, how can I appoint a legal representative to attend on my behalf?

If you are a shareowner as of the record date, February 24, 2020, and intend to appoint an authorized named representative to attend the meeting on your behalf, you must send a written request for an admission ticket by regular mail to The Coca-Cola Company, Shareowner Services, P.O. Box 1734, Atlanta, Georgia 30301, by e-mail to shareownerservices@coca-cola.com. Requests for authorized named representatives to attend the meeting must be received no later than April 17, 2020.

Please include the following information when submitting your request:

  1. your name, complete mailing address and e-mail address;
  2. proof that you own shares of the Company as of February 24, 2020 (such as a copy of the portion of your voting instruction form showing your name and address, a bank or brokerage account statement or a letter from the bank, broker or other nominee holding your shares); and 
  3. a signed authorization appointing such individual to be your authorized named representative at the meeting, which includes the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the authorized named representative.

Upon receipt of proper documentation, you and your named representative will receive confirmation that your named representative has been authorized. To gain admission to the meeting, the photo ID presented must match the documentation provided in item three above. We reserve the right to limit the number of representatives who may attend the meeting.

Can I bring a guest to the 2020 Annual Meeting?

Attendance at the 2020 Annual Meeting is limited to shareowners as of the record date, February 24, 2020.  Because seating in the meeting room is limited, please contact Shareowner Services at (404) 676-2777 regarding guest attendance.  We reserve the right to direct guests of shareowners to view the 2020 Annual Meeting in an overflow room.

Where should I park?

Parking is available at the World of Coca-Cola parking garage for a fee of $10 per vehicle per day. The entrance to the garage is located at 178 Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd. between Centennial Park Drive and Luckie Street. Additional public parking options are available in the surrounding area. 

Directions to World of Coca-Cola Parking:

Southbound via I-75/85:

  • Exit 249C Williams St.
  • Turn right onto Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd.
  • Parking garage is on the left at the second traffic light. 

Northbound via I-75/85:

  • Exit 249D Spring St./W. Peachtree St.
  • Turn right onto Spring St. ramp toward Centennial Olympic Park Dr.
  • Bear right onto Centennial Olympic Park Dr.
  • Take immediate left at traffic light onto Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd.
  • Parking garage is on the left at the first traffic light.

Eastbound or Westbound via I-20:

  • Exit I-75/85 North and follow Northbound via I-75/85 route

There are two MARTA train stops within a 10 minute walk to World of Coca-Cola.

Will shareowners have access to World of Coca-Cola on April 22, 2020?

Yes.  We are pleased to provide shareowners (and one guest per shareowner) with free admission to World of Coca-Cola on April 22, 2020 after the 2020 Annual Meeting. If you own shares jointly, each joint owner may bring a guest. You may go to World of Coca-Cola on April 22, 2020 even if you do not attend the 2020 Annual Meeting.

To gain free admission to World of Coca-Cola on April 22, 2020, shareowners must bring a valid photo ID and proof of stock ownership. Proof of ownership may include your proxy card, voting instruction form, meeting notice or brokerage statement.

Do I need to book tickets in advance for free admission to World of Coca-Cola on April 22, 2020?

No.  Booking tickets in advance is not necessary.

I am a shareowner but I can’t visit World of Coca-Cola on April 22, 2020. Can I send someone to attend in my place?

Unfortunately, no.  Due to limited availability, only shareowners and their accompanying guest have free access to World of Coca-Cola on April 22, 2020.

I have appointed someone as my authorized legal representative to attend the 2020 Annual Meeting. Do they have free access to World of Coca-Cola?

No.  Free access is limited to shareowners and their accompanying guest only.  Due to limited availability, authorized legal representatives will not have free access to World of Coca-Cola.

Is there a cost to shareowners to attend World of Coca-Cola on April 22, 2020?

No.  Admission to World of Coca-Cola is free to shareowners and one guest per shareowner. 

To gain free admission to World of Coca-Cola on April 22, 2020, shareowners must bring a valid photo ID and proof of stock ownership. Proof of ownership may include your proxy card, voting instruction form, meeting notice or brokerage statement.

Yes.  Since your stock is held jointly, each of you are welcome to bring one guest.  You will need to provide proof of ownership showing your joint ownership.

I have stock registered under a trust account where I am one of [two or more] trustees. Can each of the trustees have access to World of Coca-Cola?

Yes.  Each trustee can attend and each is welcome to bring a guest.

I am custodian for my [child, grandchild]. Will both of us have access to World of Coca Cola?

Yes.  The [child, grandchild] is the actual shareowner.  You as custodian can attend as their guest.

I am listed as custodian on my account but the minor [child, grandchild] is not able to attend. Can I bring a guest with me to World of Coca-Cola?

Yes.  Since the minor listed on the account is not able to attend, you will be attending as the shareowner and you can bring one guest.

Can I purchase additional tickets if I want to bring more than one guest to World of Coca Cola on April 22, 2020?

You may purchase additional tickets for World of Coca-Cola at the regular admission price on April 22, 2020, subject to availability.

I have a guest but we will be arriving separately. What information does my guest need to bring with them?

You and your guest must check in at a ticket window together.  Shareowners are required to show a valid photo ID and proof of ownership.  Proof of ownership accepted can be one of the following:

  • copy of your proxy card or notice
  • account statement showing ownership of stock as of record date February 24, 2020
  • copy of your voting instruction form or meeting notice sent to you by your broker
  • copy of e-mail you received notifying you of the meeting

How long does it take to see the entire World of Coca-Cola?

Average estimated visit time is approximately 2 hours.

Are wheelchairs available?

World of Coca-Cola and our parking garage are disabled accessible and meet all A.D.A. requirements. Please feel free to bring your own wheelchair. A limited number of courtesy wheelchairs are available at the ticket windows located at the main entrance, and are for use only at World of Coca-Cola. A photo ID will be requested in order to use a courtesy wheelchair.

Can I bring my stroller or mobility scooter?

Baby/child strollers are welcome. Single strollers are recommended due to high traffic during peak attendance times.  Power chairs and mobility scooters are also welcome.  During peak attendance times, conventional wheelchairs are encouraged.

Is there a security check to enter World of Coca-Cola?

Yes. Guns, knives or weapons of any kind are prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Only guide dogs for the blind, service dogs for people with disabilities or working dogs in training are allowed inside the attraction. 

Please note that if you are attending the 2020 Annual Meeting, cameras, sound or video recording equipment, cellular telephones, smartphones or other similar equipment, electronic devices, large bags, briefcases or packages will not be allowed in the meeting room.  Appropriate attire is required.

Do you have a coat or an area where I can store my luggage?

We do not offer coat or luggage check at this time.

Is there a place to eat around or near World of Coca-Cola?

Pemberton Café, adjacent to World of Coca‑Cola and Georgia Aquarium offers fresh food fast.

If I lose an item at World of Coca-Cola, who do I notify?

Please notify any Ambassador (employee) or contact World of Coca-Cola at 404-676-5151.

Does World of Coca-Cola have foreign language Guide Maps?

Multiple language versions of the World of Coca-Cola Guide Map are available at the ticket windows and the Guest Services desk in the Lobby.

May I take pictures?

We welcome and encourage you to take photographs and videos to share with your friends and family.  There are also on-site photographers that will capture special moments at designated Magic Memories Imaging locations in the attraction.  You’ll receive your own PhotoCard and can stop by the Imaging Gallery in the Coca-Cola Store to view and purchase your souvenir photos. 

Cameras, sound or video recording equipment, cellular telephones, smartphones or other similar equipment, electronic devices will not be allowed in the 2020 Annual Meeting.  You may retrieve your phone from the Phone Check area once the Annual Meeting has concluded, before reentering World of Coca-Cola.

Where can I smoke?

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not allowed within the attraction.
