Submitting Questions

Our shareowners have two ways to submit questions for the meeting:

  • In advance of the 2024 Annual Meeting: Shareowners may submit questions in advance of the meeting by emailing their question, along with proof of ownership, to The deadline to submit questions is 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on April 26, 2024. Proof of ownership includes a copy of one of the following: (i) your proxy card or voting instruction form (ii) the Notice received by postal mail or email; or (iii) an account statement or a brokerage statement reflecting your ownership of Common Stock as of March 4, 2024.
  • During the 2024 Annual Meeting: After accessing the 2024 Annual Meeting as a shareowner of record or beneficial owner as described in Question 2 of the Company’s 2024 Proxy Statement, click on the “Q & A” icon at the top of the screen to type in your question, then click “Send” to submit. Those who attend the 2024 Annual Meeting as a guest will not have the option to submit questions during the meeting.

We intend to answer all questions submitted that are pertinent to the Company and the items being voted on by shareowners during the 2024 Annual Meeting, as time permits and in accordance with our meeting procedures. Questions regarding personal matters, including those related to employment, product or service issues, or suggestions for product innovations, are not pertinent to meeting matters and therefore will not be answered. Substantially similar questions will be answered only once due to time constraints.
